We use the finest local, organic and sustainably produced ingredients.
All fruits, nuts, vegetables, grains and flours are organic and sourced as local as possible. Exceptions are Mamma Lil's Pickled Peppers (local product from Seattle) and sweet potato fries (a local favorite). Our meat and poultry is free-range, no hormones or antibiotics.
We serve sustainably harvested seafood.
