We use the finest local, organic, and sustainably produced ingredients. All fruits, nuts, vegetables, grains and flours are organic and sourced as locally as possible. Our meats and poultry are antibiotic and hormone free. We only serve sustainably-harvested seafood.Menu items with these symbols incorporate ingredients from surrounding areas: ‘s’ Sequim - cultivated orproduced in the Sequim-Dungeness Valley; ‘l’ Local - cultivated or produced within a 100 mile radius of Sequim;‘r’ Regional - cultivated or produced in Washington, Oregon or British Columbia.
