Reservations are recommended

We are a small restaurant and can fill up quickly, especially at peak dinner time.

We recommend making a reservation but will take walk-ins if there is a table available.

Online reservations are fast and easy

The "Online Reservations" button will take you to the Alder Wood Bistro page on our reservation platform TOCK. There you can search for the day, time and number of people and see our availability in real time. You will need your name, email, and phone number to make a reservation. In your confirmation email there will be links to modify or cancel your reservation, if needed. You can always call or email us with reservation questions or changes.

There is also "notify" feature that serves as a waitlist if the time you would like is unavailable. Sign up to be notified if something opens up in your timeframe and you will be notified via email. You can then take that opportunity to go online and make the reservation.

Reservation Timelines
For each reservation we allow 1.5 hours for parties of two people and 2 hours for parties of three to six. This is a standard, relaxing dining timeframe at the bistro. If you think you will need longer please let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly. We kindly ask guests to vacate their table when their reservation time concludes. This courtesy enables us to promptly seat the next party and ensure a pleasant experience for all. Thank you for being considerate of your fellow diners.

Party Sizes

We are a small restaurant with a small kitchen. The largest party we can seat together at one table is 6 people inside and 8 people in the heated patio area. We can accommodate parties of 12-14 in the heated patio area for private dining with timeframe and minimum requirements. Please call or email any inquiries for parties larger than 8 people.

Consider Paying in Cash

Credit card processing costs our small businesses a lot of money. By paying in cash, you can help keep our prices lower and keep more money in our local economy. Something to keep in mind now and in the future and whenever you shop at small businesses.
